git clone github.com/Ai35/Real-time-chat.git- Create a virtual environment and activate it
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate- Install the dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt- Set up the database
python manage.py makemigrations
python manage.py migrate- Create a superuser (admin)
python manage.py createsuperuser- Collect static
python manage.py collectstatic- Run the server
python run_daphne.py- Open the application in your web browser
- Log in with your superuser credentials
- Create a new chat room or join an existing one
- Start chatting with other users in real-time
