Settings button links to downloads page

I think the settings button in the plugin card should link to a page to enter paths to yt-dlp and other settings, but it only links directly to the place to set up videos to download with the rick astley video.

It used to be like that, I think the recent JF updates changed the default behaviour a little bit. By putting "?name=FinTube" rather than "?name=FinTubeDownload" you get to the base settings.

I will keep it in mind when I work on it again.
