Fix docker workflow

We are currently building the container every time we run the application. This flow is extremely ressource intensive for nothing. Pulling the image and running it using docker -run or even a docker compose file would be light years better.

I believe we should setup GitHub actions to build the container and auto deploy it to the GitHub container repository where everyone has access to download it.

We could also setup helm in the future to detect these update and automatically update the bot on the server.
