Create a Matrix of ressources requirements for ILAMB on NCI

Based on the discussion we had in the Land WG workshop.

It would be good to have a 2D matrix (number of variables, number of models, number of CPUs/RAM required) so that people can have an idea of how much resource they need to run the analysis.
