Unavailable options in settings panel

1. Open column review settings panel
2. Set the following combo box choices:
   • First press : read column
   • Second press: read column
   • Third press: copy column
   • Fourth press: copy column
3. Try to set the following checkboxes::
   • First press: uncheck read column header
   • Second press: check read column header
   • Third press: uncheck copy column header
   • Fourth press: check copy column header

Actual result

At step 3.:

• First press: the read column header checkbox is greyed out and cannot be tabbed nor checked/unchecked.
• Third press: the copy column header checkbox is greyed out and cannot be tabbed nor checked/unchecked.

Expected result

Best solution:
It should be possible to use two times the same choice in the combo-boxes, one with the header checkbox unchecked and the second one with the checkbox checked.
IMO, that's a totally valid use case.

Less good solution:
If the solution is not possible or wanted, the GUI should reflect it.
E.g. if it is forbidden to use 2 times the same value in the combo boxes, the value should be removed from the comboboxes below when a choice is made above, or an error message should be issued when pressing OK.

hmm, you're right. I'm afraid it requires a complete configuration refactoring.
@lukaszgo1 , you made the 4-press logic, can you investigate this and #22 ?

I'll try to take a look starting with #22 as that seems to be more pressing problem.

I do not have all the background, so feel free to ignore my suggestion if you feel it unadapted.
However, I have seen that there is only one item regarding header reading and one regarding header copying in the config.
I imagine that having this information for each number of keypress in the config would resolve the current PR. And probably #22 would also be resolved with this config architecture since you would get rid of cross-panel dependancies.
Just a thought.
