Does it really require symfony/symfony ?

For some reason I can't install the whole package symfony/symfony
I was wondering if this lib really needs all symfony/symfony, may symfony/framework-bundle be enough ?

I actually think symfony/framework-bundle would be enough
because the lib seems to only use
symfony/dependency-injection
symfony/http-foundation
symfony/http-kernel
symfony/config
