Please select a license for your mod so that folks can be confident in forking without worrying about licensing concerns. I would recommend MIT if you're not concerned about licenses, or AGPL 2.0 if you want the derivative works to remain open source.

You've designed a pretty fantastic base for NPC AI here and I would like to build on it in a different direction.
