[BUG] The Custom Chapter Name settings not being saved #2

Describe the bug
The Custom Chapter Name settings in Settings Button are not being saved. And the changes i make in Review All button i make during the session are also not being applied at all to the Output Chapter file.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to '...'
- Click on '....'
- Scroll down to '....'
- See error
Expected behavior

Its supposed to save the changes once clicked Save button, and they should be persistant
