In Dspace-CRIS 2024.02.00 Tag Rendering Strategy and Tag Input Type do not work correctly, namely, they duplicate the entered values.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to enter Subject Keywords in publication submission form.
2. See how they look when entered.
3. See how they are displayed on the publication page.
