Plan for v0.0.5

Very shortly (i.e. next week some time), I plan to close off the v0.0.4 release on the master branch and begin developing under v0.0.5-SNAPSHOT.

The current plan for 0.0.5 is to include the following new functionality:

• Update to Spring Boot 4
• Re-implement the JAX-RS/Jersey logic in SpringMVC (so that we can remove the dependency on Jersey)
• Provide a separate spring-boot-starter for Jersey containing the current Jersey implementation code (which can be used by existing projects for backwards compatibility with the 0.0.4 release and to provide a workaround if the SpringMVC implementation proves problematic for some projects).
• Move the spring code to a multi-module (i.e. multi-project in Maven 4 parlance) build structure in order to simplify the automated build process
• Move the build process to use Java 25 (but still target Java 17 as the baseline version).

This plan shouldn't affect existing projects however if anything pops up, let me know.
