Create a lib that uses all price related libs.

The new lib should contain:

• Facade to work with prices
• Factory to create a price
• Attribute casting for Eloquent
• Configuration for the prices
• Models for prices - a model has a price
• Interfaces that tell that a class has a price
• Formatter/Printer of the price using a translator
• Migration that creates a table that holds prices of a model
• Configurable VAT resolvers, providers
• Configurable Currency provider
