add logging to api

Currently we only print logs when there is an error. But often times it is than still difficult to pinpoint an issue when you do not know the context. That is why I would add a lot of Info logs around any actions and request that is being made. For example a log when somebody invites somebody into a team, etc...

Logging is a complex topic, and simply printing it in the standard output is a rather naive idea that doesn't help us with a heavy workload and only reduces our performance and fills up the storage. Maybe we should discuss it at the next meeting, because then we should also find a global solution for all services
