Public Server?

Hi,

I tried using the binary Google News model from https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7XkCwpI5KDYNlNUTTlSS21pQmM/ mentioned in the README but it wants to load the entire file into RAM and that isn't practical on my desktop.

Is there there an instance of this API open to the public that we can query instead of running the API ourselves?

I'd be willing to run one if anyone is interested.
