Display Mode Functionality

All display modes need to be supported by the client.

OpenGL Caps at 40FPS for some users.

In the current client (from the 2011Scape website) only safe mode works for linux users

I'm also experiencing this on Linux even with the AppImage:

The AppImage does not provide any errors or anything as to why this happens even when ran from the command line, this is the command line output before switching display modes:
