There is no colonies button

I tried to reinstall this pack several times, but the button did not appear, I installed the mod on the regular Space Flight Simulator 1.5.10.2. All my installed mods/packs: Electricity Part v0.5 Pack, More Parts Pack v4.0.3.
If anything, we are talking about the button on the top right for selecting a colony when building a rocket
