Bug: The antennas and the display of resource deposits are not working

The antennas don't work and the APARTANET doesn't work, I've tried different versions and it doesn't work, the console is empty too (no matter how I press the Y or I button, it still doesn't work). Also, with deposits displayed on the map, they are detected but not visible on the map (however, they are there and you can extract resources from them), I also tried on the last few versions.
