Feature proposal: jet engines #95
Description
Similar to the propeller part, it should only provide thrust when in the atmosphere, except it should behave like an engine. If possible, a visual and audible afterburner that is toggled after 85% throttle.
This feature proposes two new parts: Turbofan and Turbojet
The turbofan has higher specific impulse and is quieter and has no afterburner and gimbal
The turbojet has higher thrust to engine weight ratio, but is louder, and has an afterburner and a gimbal (thrust vectoring) that can be toggled and has adjustable gimbal limits (5 degrees, 10 degrees, etc)
