Adding Padding To "Colonies" button in build area

Problem

In the build area of SFS, the colonies button is awkwardly placed and has no padding. It is also in a different font and font size to the other build options.

Solution

This will be fixed by adding padding, decreasing the font size, and changing the font from bold to normal weighting. The size of the button should also increase as a result.

Additional Comments

Additionally, an icon based of the surface of the moon can be added as an aesthetic feature.
