Is there documentation for the Quil Wreck Towing Systems?

So I found a ship in the mod pack that seems to be for towing however while the ship has this Quil Wreck Towing System outfit I cant find any information on the keybindings or mechanisms needed to actually use it. If this functionality has been implemented could you please update the readme with instructions using it

It only allow you to accept special jobs and not much beyond that currently. The engine is way too limited to allow actual towing of any random ship. If I were to allow any ship to be carried for example it would mess up the AI very badly so I couldn't do that as well.

Understood however it is not cear how to order the ship to engage the tow during those missions either
