I had somebody that didn't have ffmpeg installed by default, which causes them require to manually install ffmpeg and add it to windows path which is complicated for most people... Maybe try fetching the latest version of yt-dlp and ffmpeg binaries for the platform at start and extract them into the game folder?
Alternatively add a Guide to Modrinth and GitHub for People to Follow how to install.
