HDR 4k to 1080p hardware transcoding does not work due to failure in tone mapping #16

Hi thanks again for all your scripts. I've been advised that I should post this here, essentially the hw transcoding script works perfectly except for when transcoding from HDR/Dovi 4k to a lower resolution. It appears that tone mapping doesn't work correctly for this scenario, as turning tone mapping off makes the crash not happen. This isn't an isolated incident as it's reported on quite a few forums/Reddit etc. thank you!
For info I'm running a 425+ on the latest script.
